There was about a 20 minute wait today but that is to be expected for lunch hour. The three of us each ordered lunch portions of different pasta dishes and the food always is a hit. We also got the avocado egg rolls as an appetizer and one slice of berry cheesecake to share. Everything was yummy pee usual.

Brandon did a good job, quick service, very friendly. Was not too overbearing, but still made sure we had a nice experience and our drinks remained full all night. He wrote a small note on our receipt that said thank you with a happy face. It's those little things that takes service to the next level. Food was ok. Pretty good pasta and selection.

This was our first time trying The Cheesecake Factory for breakfast. We've been here for dinner before, but the breakfast really blew us away! We sat outside, and it was peaceful and pleasant. We tried the brunch flatbread and the kimchi fried rice with egg; both were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend coming here for Saturday or Sunday brunch!

I had to tap out halfway through my Orange Chicken with white rice—it was simply too much for me to finish, even with my usual hearty appetite. The portions are incredibly generous, ensuring that you’ll leave satisfied, possibly with enough for leftovers the next day. EVERYTHING about this dining experience was fantastic. My server (Martin M) was on top of his game. My drinks were perfect and my meal was delicious. Portion sizes were more than sufficient. I asked for just romaine lettuce in my salad and Martin M. made it happen. My bacon-bacon burger was really good, served with thick and flavorful strips of bacon. I intended to try some cheesecake, but I was over the top full. I WILL gladly return here.

Wait for table was long depending on how busy the restaurant is. We had over an hour to wait but the benefit of that was we could walk into the West ridge mall for a stroll. We got a text that our table was ready so we walked back, got seated comfortably and our food was promptly served along with drinks and appetizers without any additional delays. Our request for additional condiments were gladly responded to. We had the pleasure of being attended by a young enthusiastic Martin. Who was interacting with us with all of our needs while dining there including giving us recommendations and his take on the menu items. We enjoyed our dining experience including the grand dessert finale. Special mention to Martin and his cheerful attitude.

Another fairly good Cheesecake Factory, nothing out of the ordinary. Gets busy during mealtimes weekends, so we like to go for bar seating. Missing the combos that used to be available with the Steak Diane. RIP.
